Katie Balk, Founder
A graduate of the Pepperdine MSOD (Master's of Science in Organization Development) Program, Katie has traveled the world helping organizations become more resilient and dynamic through strengthening individuals, relationships and organizational processes. She has worked in Tanzania, China, Costa Rica and France, as well as in the U.S. and her work has included, for-profit, non-profit, and governmental sectors. As a life-long learner, Katie values new challenges and gaining deeper understanding about group and organizational culture, as well as cross-cultural collaboration - both internal to organizations and at international level.
As a consultant she is guided by a personal philosophy of authenticity, curiosity and collaboration. She believes that these three simple principles can help illuminate our individual and collective paths to creating a more sustainable, equitable and healthy world.
